USA Intellectual Property Research and Education Institute began to prepare for its establishment in early March 2020. It was registered and established in Virginia on April 8, 2022, and has obtained Public Charity status under Internal Revenue Code(IRC)509(a)(2) and exempt from federal income tax under IRC Section501(c) (3) on June 31, 2022. The registered office is in 107 Camille Court Yorktown, Virginia 23693 USA.

USA Intellectual Property Research and Education Institute conducts Systematically study and analysis the basic theory of intellectual property, the use methods and limitations of various public policy tools. Better coordinate the interests of public interests, public policies, innovators and investors on the basis of fairness and justice. Research the key issues such as market failure and government failure in the global strategy of modern intellectual property.

The Petitioner provides its research and analysis to interested individuals and organizations. The Petitioner derives funding from grants and donations from individuals and organizations. The Petitioner will has several major research projects in the next three years and will has sufficient funds in place to add one staff. USA Intellectual Property Research and Education Institute is an expert academic committee, advisory committee, chief executive director responsibility system, research project leader system, full-time, part-time personnel, volunteers project cooperation and other research organization methods under the leadership of the Council, recruiting researchers worldwide.

Social Scientist

Knowledge, Education and Experience:

  1. A Master or other terminal degree in relevant field ;
  2. At least 10 years of relevant working experience, strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills; have good professional ethics;
  3. Proficient in Microsoft suite and social media platform (such as Facebook, twitter, Hootsuite);
  4. Proficient in writing research reports in Chinese is preferred;
  5. Experience in intellectual property research, and the publication and distribution of relevant professional works and papers are preferred;

Work Time and Salary

  1. Employer offers a flexible paid time-off plan which includes vacation, personal, and sick leave.
  2. The working Hours are 5 days a week and 8 hours a day. But you can adjust your working hours and worksites according to the needs of the research, including but not limited to the working hours in the United States, China and other countries and regions.

Salary: 6040-7800/ month
