Teresa graduated from China Shanxi Institute of Finance and Economics, Canada Seneca College and Canada University of Laurantian with Bachelors and Master Degrees in Economic and International Trade Academic Sectors. She led has fifteen-year working experience in providing global financing and investments (principal markets targeted in British, North America, and South Asia), and undertaking China-Aid projects and other national-level international projects (Radio and TV Industry) to regions of Africa, Southeast Asia and West Asia. In July 2022, he was invited as a senior consultant of public welfare projects of USA Intellectual Property Research and Education Institute.
